Combat Conditioning

Our Combat Conditioning classes combine high-intensity aerobics and resistance training and helps to develop strength, endurance (aerobic and anaerobic), flexibility and coordination all in one workout. You train like a fighter to achieve a fighters body - lean and strong, but not bulky!

A typical class lasts from 45minutes to an hour, and consists of a circuit of 10-12 exercises with participants spending a set amount of time at each station before moving onto the next during a short rest interval.

The full body is worked with participants using kettlebells, dumbells, barbells, resistance bands and bodyweight to work up a sweat and burn up to 1000 calories in the process!

Don't worry if you're not familiar with some of the exercises. Everything will be demonstrated before the class, and I will be on hand during the class to answer any questions, and ensure you are working out safely and efficiently.

The difference between Combat Conditioning and a typical gym session is the intensity. In these classes, you challenge your body by working it to its limit. You work, sweat, and best of all, you burn calories like crazy!!!
