Group Training

Sometimes 1 to 1 training is not for everybody. It can be nice to have a group of friends to train with. As well as the benefits to be gained from exercising, group training can also be a good social outlet.

Some of the benefits to be gained from group training include:

  • Encouragement
  • Friendship
  • Fun

Whether the group wants to work on each individuals exercise program, under my supervision and guidance, or you want a private session in one of the many classes I offer (Boxercise, Thai Boxing, Kettlebells, Core Stability or Circuit Training...), I can accomodate to suit the groups needs, at a fraction of the cost of One to One sessions.
