Where to Find Us
On Midletons Main Street, take the turn onto the Dungourney Road directly opposite the Permanent TSB Bank.
Carry on down this road for approx. 1km, passing The Meeting Place Pub and the entrance to Midleton College on the way.
The gym is located in a small industrial park on the left hand side of the road, directly over Fit Factor gym. There are signs on the entrance to the park and over the entrance to the gym which make it quite easy to find.
