We also have guest instructors visit on a regular basis to provide further instruction for M.M.A. specific training/fighting. Guests to date have included UFC fighter Dean Lister and Cage Rage/Strikeforce fighter Mark Tucker.
Cost of Training:
€8 per classs
€65 per month
