One to One sessions are the ideal way to get the maximum effect from your workout. Your training program is designed around your lifestyle, and is customised to achieve the results that you want.

 

All One to One packages include an initial evaluation where we will discuss your current routine and goals.
I will perform an overall assessment of your physical condition – this will include recording details such as body fat percentage, BMI, and other measurements.  This will give you a base line with which to track your progress.
