Personal Training
One to One training is the ideal way to get the best results from your workouts, whether you have your trainer with you for every session, or simply check in with us now and again to monitor your progress and update your program.
All our training programs are designed around your lifestyle, and are customised to achieve the results that you want, using the equipment and resources that you have access to.
Using SMART principles, we will use a mixture of cardio and resistance training to help you reach your goals, and ensure that you have fun along the way.
All our personal training clients will go through an initial evaluation where we will discuss your current routine and goals.
We will carry out an overall assessment of your physical condition – this will include recording details such as body fat percentage, BMI, and other measurements. This will give you a base line with which to track your progress.
Training sessions can take place in our gym, or in your own home, where we can design the workouts around the equipment and space available to you, and bring any other equipment required with us.
Prices:
- Fitness/Nutritional Evaluation and Training Session (1.5 Hours) - €50
- 1 Hour Personal Training Session- €30 | 30 Minute Personal Training Sesssion - €20
- 10 x 1 Hour Training Sessions - €300 (including free Fitness/Nutritional Evaluation)
- 10 x 30 Minute Training Sessions - €150 (including free Fitness/Nutritional Evaluation)
- Buddy Training Session (You & a friend)- €40
